Warzone 2.0 & Modern Warfare II Season 2 was postponed to February 15, 2023.

Data miner “CODSploitz” has uncovered the end date of the game’s first season in the files, which is set for February 15. This leads us to speculate that developers are likely pushing back the launch of the new season by a full two weeks.

However, there hasn’t been any official confirmation from “Infinity Ward” yet. Still, the current state of the game seems to hint that this is the more probable outcome.

So, we’re looking at nearly another month of waiting for the new season…

Data miners have delved into the files, and while the last update is still marked for February 2, the season’s final date is clearly February 15.

Admittedly, when I read this, I was quite disheartened. But let’s not forget, a similar scenario played out with the second season during the Vanguard era. That time, they rolled out a slew of updates, and in Warzone, gameplay improvements and Caldera fixes came into play, which arguably transformed the game for the better more than ever before.

It’s undoubtedly a letdown, but there’s still a glimmer of hope that it might just be February 1 after all.
