Heroes of Might & Magic V: Tribes of the East is an expansion to the third installment of the Heroes of Might & Magic game series. It was developed by Nival Interactive and released in 2007. The expansion adds a new campaign, set in the Orcish lands, which tells the story of the war between orcs and humans.
Additionally, new units, spells, and hero upgrade options are introduced. The game retains all the core mechanics of the original game, such as battles on the battlefield, resource gathering, and city development, but adds several new elements, such as the ability to engage in naval combat. The expansion also includes new maps for multiplayer gameplay.
