Metro 2033 (release date of the first version – March 16, 2010) is a shooter with adventure elements. The gameplay is based on the novel by Dmitry Glukhovsky Metro 2033. The actions take place in post-apocalyptic Moscow, where people hide in the metro tunnels and their stations have turned into small “states” with their own politics, rules, and regimes.
The main character of the Metro 2033 game is a young guy named Artyom from VDNKh, who is tasked with quickly reaching Polis (the largest metro station) and asking its rulers for help, as mutants have attacked his home station VDNKh from the north. You will play Metro 2033 from a first-person perspective, carefully managing your supplies and purchasing various additional items.
In the latest news about Metro 2033, it is said that a full-length sci-fi film adaptation of the game will be released in the near (relative) future – Metro 2033. The release date (presumed) – 2024. But for now, we can only enjoy the latest version of the Metro 2033 game 1.2, released in July 2010.
