The game now takes up over 200 GB of disk space, which is a considerable figure for most players. Players have noticed that patches for the game can be larger in size than entirely new games from other companies.

For example, recent updates for the shooter have been roughly twice the size of the new game Resident Evil Village from Capcom. This installment of the Capcom franchise takes up only about 50 GB, which surprised users of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare and Warzone, as their updates occupy twice as much space.

It’s important to note that Call of Duty series shooters feature a large number of multiplayer modes with extensive battlefields.
