The first operation in Counter-Strike 2

A dataminer under the nickname ThourCS2 has found a reference to the first operation in the Counter-Strike 2 files. With the release of the “Arms Race” mode, Valve removed elements of the interactive comic from the game, but added code for subtitles.According to ThourCS2, this could mean the introduction of full-fledged cut-scenes with dialog.

Valve itself has not yet said anything about the first operation for CS2. The last significant update for the game is a patch dated February 7, which introduced the very “Arms Race”.

In addition, earlier in the files managed to find mention of a new slot, which may indicate the appearance in Counter-Strike 2 police shield.
