The PS5 represents the next generation of PlayStation gaming consoles developed by Sony. The PS5 will be released in Russia on November 19, gradually replacing the PS4. The version with a disc drive will be sold for $499, while the digital version will cost $399. The company has provided specifications for the PS5:
- Central Processor (CPU): 8x Zen 2 Cores at 3.5GHz;
- System Memory: 16GB GDDR6 / 256-bit;
- Memory Bandwidth: 448GB/s, and Internal Storage: Custom 825GB SSD;
- Expandable Storage: NVMe SSD Slot and External Storage: USB HDD Support;
- Connectivity: 4K 120Hz TVs, 8K TVs, VRR (HDMI version 2.1).
As for games, with the PS5, you will be able to play titles such as Gran Turismo 7, Grand Theft Auto V (scheduled for release in the second half of 2021), Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Battlefield 6, Beyond Good and Evil 2, Oddworld Soulstorm, Final Fantasy 7: Remake, God of War 2, Returnal, and many more. In addition to the mentioned titles, Sony has announced backward compatibility for the PS5, allowing users to play around 100 games from the previous version immediately after launch.
