Google Play Store Administrators Removed the Legendary Game Fortnite

The Google Play administration has removed the game Fortnite from the store due to violations by the game developers. Naturally, the administration did not approve of the developers’ idea of implementing a direct payment system. Google Play requires the use of its payment system for in-game purchases.

The store charges a 30% commission on the transaction amount. Users were able to make in-game purchases without the commission, which was extremely convenient for them but not profitable for the Play Market administration.

You can download and install the game on an Android smartphone from the official developers’ website. After the game was removed from the catalogs, Epic Games, the company behind Fortnite, filed lawsuits against both app stores.
