New World Game Release Date Delayed Again.

Amazon Games’ studio, Orange County, has announced yet another delay for their online game, New World. The game won’t be launching on August 31st as previously planned; instead, it’s set for release on September 28th of this year.

The developers’ official Twitter accounts notify users that the game needs further postponement to address issues and errors. They once again express gratitude to players who have been supporting the game on Steam (currently topping the charts for the second week in online players and pre-orders) and on Twitch, where numerous streamers and players have been engaging with the beta version.

Overall, millions have participated in the tests, clocking in over 16,000,000 hours of gameplay. The game’s storyline transports players to the 17th century, where they must establish their colony in the Atlantic Ocean.

It’s worth noting that less than a week ago, the New World beta saw concurrent online players reach 200,000.
