Walkthrough of the quest “Seirai’s Ancient Treasure” in Genshin Impact

Genshin Impact receives regular updates, and therefore new story quests and unusual hidden tasks appear in the game. All of them bring valuable rewards and help the gamer learn more about the fantasy lore. Therefore, now we will tell you about the passage of the quest “Ancient Treasure of Seirai”.

How to activate a task?

We note right away that the quest will remain unavailable until the completion of another task – “The Unchanging God and Eternal Utopia”. Once you pass it, your character will be able to visit a new location – the island of Seirai. But do not rush to move there, because lightning storms are constantly raging in this location, and lightning will rain down from the sky. In order not to die in vain, be patient and complete another quest – Seirai’s Storm Hunters. In addition to the standard reward, the island will be cleared of all negative effects.

Now the character can be sent to the island. It has the village of Koseki, where you need to find Fujiwara Toshiko. This heroine is in trouble, so she will have to be rescued from terrible monsters. As soon as you manage to save her life, she will thank you with a special treasure map and a new task.

How to complete the quest “Seirai’s Ancient Treasure”

And now the fun begins! Activate the quest and move the hero to the marked location. There you will expect an unusual riddle, without the solution of which it is impossible to move forward. To do this, follow these steps:

• Click on the lever to start a puzzle.
• At this stage, you can click on any tiles. The character will fall underground and find himself in a new room with an even more difficult puzzle.
• Now you need to pull the lever again and run over the plates in the correct sequence. The exact route is shown on the map you received from Toxico.

Now get ready to follow strictly on a given route. The riddle is not solved immediately, but over several stages.

First stage

Pull the lever again and run across the slabs in a counter-clockwise direction. You need to start from the stove, which is located a little to the right of Toxico. At the very end of the route, walk the hero along the two central slabs.

Second phase

If you managed to do everything right, then new plates with changed hieroglyphs will appear. Obviously, the route will be different. You need to start by placing the character right in front of the slabs opposite the chest, which is located in another part of The Room. Proceed to the farthest slab on the left. Now step on the slab and go to the right side. As soon as the hero stands on the last slab, start walking from right to left. Then you need to go to the next row and repeat the movement in the opposite direction. This route resembles a classic zigzag, so there should be no difficulties. Immediately after successfully solving the puzzle, a chest will open, so don’t forget to take its contents and talk to Toxico.

The final

But the quest doesn’t end there. Immediately after the dialogue, follow Toxico and destroy the enemies on the way. Be ready for difficult battles, because at the very end of the route you will meet serious monsters. To deal with enemies faster, destroy the scorer first. This will make it impossible for monsters to gain shields. At the end of the path, talk to Toxiko again. Congratulations, quest completed!
