CoD: Black Ops Cold War offers a week of free access to zombies and multiplayer.

Treyarch and Activision have announced a free access week for the game Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War. The complimentary access, scheduled from July 22nd to 29th, is a gesture of celebration for the upcoming content of Season 4 “Reloaded”.

While the exact date is confirmed, the starting time remains unspecified. Additionally, it’s yet to be clarified whether players will have access to all game modes or solely to the Zombies and competitive multiplayer modes.

The single-player campaign will remain inaccessible during the free week. This decision likely stems from the campaign’s relatively short duration, lasting no more than 5 hours. Allowing unrestricted access for a full 7 days could potentially dissuade players from purchasing the game, posing a disadvantageous situation for the developers.

Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War was initially released on November 13, 2020, available on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and Series S.
