Federal Tax Service to close Alexander Revva’s business selling CS:GO, CS 2 skins

The Federal Tax Service of Russia has announced its intention to close the Ace Gaming business specializing in the sale of in-game accessories for Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, a game which is no longer supported. The list of founders of this business includes the famous humorist Alexander Revva.

According to the publication “Komsomolskaya Pravda”, the basis for this step became untrue data about the company, registered in the Unified State Register of Legal Entities. For example, an incorrect legal address was indicated. Moreover, since 2021, Ace Gaming has not provided tax declarations on its income.

An interesting point: the company’s activity in the sale of game items in CS:GO was not profitable. In 2020, a loss of 1.3 million rubles was recorded, while in 2021 it managed to get into a small plus – only 5 thousand rubles.

According to media reports, the company did not manage in time to occupy a niche in the market of CS2 trading platforms.

The owners of the business at different times were comedians Alexander Revva and Mikhail Galustyan, with the latter leaving the project in 2021.

Separately, it is worth noting that datamayners recently discovered in the code of Counter-Strike 2 mentions of the first plot operation and full-fledged cutscenes.
