If you think about it, this is one of the main challenges for bookmakers – people perceive gambling not as entertainment but as an opportunity for stable income, and often end up losing.

As I understand it, the brand will gradually introduce new tools, including deposit and betting limits, as well as new algorithms that will actively identify potential customer issues even before they arise. Additionally, there will be a support service that will assist and support players who seek help or assistance.

Honestly, I have strong doubts that players will seek help on their own; gambling and addiction are not subjects people like to talk about. However, if we consider this initiative in general, it could indeed help the bookmaking market to rethink what they have been doing all these years and focus their attention on the category of those who need support and assistance, even if they don’t realize it or actively deny it.
