Player expectations from CS:GO 2 on the Source 2 engine: pre-release leaks

Eugene Aunkere Karjat revealed information about CS:GO 2

Esportsman and streamer Eugene Aunkere Karjat shared information about the new version of CS:GO during his stream. The streamer claims that the shooter on the Source 2 engine will be released on March 21, and also talked about some of the proposed changes to the game. However, it should be noted that the reliability of this information has not yet been confirmed.

Changes in CS:GO 2 proposed by Aunkere

According to the streamer, skins in the new version of CS:GO may not be transferred, so players will have to sell them. Instead, they will introduce a subscription to skins, which allows you to choose any skins for a fixed amount of ₽1,299 and use them on an ongoing basis. The new skins will only be available as DLC packs.

The next change Aunkere talked about is a complete overhaul of textures and movement in the game, including the aspects of strafes and jumps. The streamer also claims that the FACEIT platform will be completely removed, leaving only matchmaking available.
